We all hate those cunts down the road, but Arteta started playing kids who gave a fuck instead of established pros, and because they wanted it they are seeing the benefit of that.
This guy cares and has talent in spades. Spence has raw talent and pace in spades. Sure they'll make mistakes but our experienced players are fucking doing that anyway. Skippy is probably the only real DM we have. Fucking play them.

We are in danger as always in seeing 15 minutes and translating it to something it really isn't or probably won't become.
Kane, Bentancur and probably Hjojberg apart, we have suffered this season from consistency. A constant malaise.
Gil came on and did well and maybe deserves a bit more of a chance and the confidence of being given a chance, but we have a group of players who are not playing consistently well.
All players care and I hate the notion that because somebody runs around madly that they care more than someone who might be a bit more controlled in their actions. It's a stupid correlation.
Our squad sitting 3rd in the PL, which is probably above par at present. We should already be in the last 16 of the CL and that means average performance but let's not see Gil as the saviour until he plays well for a few games.
Every player we have is always seemingly better in their absence.
