I saw a rumor that the PL was considering some form of app that fans could use to "order" noise as the stadium. Picking from a list of pre recorded chants and sounds.

They are inventive if anything.
 
Certainly hope everything goes well. They are playing baseball in Korea and now football in Germany. With robust testing and tracing , a lot of things could very well be possible for the next 12 moths as we wait for better treatments and, hopefully, a vaccine.
