I think these guys cater more to opposition fans than their own.

They all do. Look at our numptys like expressions constantly over reacts to everything.
I don't think they specifically do it for opposition fans, it's just there's this new social phenomena of football fans who primarily see football as a vehicle for their own bid for fame. They're a lot more interested in their 'likes' than they are the club they support.
The opp fans are probably more often than not laughing at them, not with. The fans who would rather join a "watchalong" than watch their own team play a game of football, I have no words. But in either case I doubt the football "content creators" give a toss anyway.
