The problem is that he'd likely have to sign a 5 year contract and running down the contract becomes very difficult. If he keeps improving Arse won't let him go for anything close to a reasonable fee.

He is good but very Woolwich, his off the ball play would give Conte a heart attack, he just lets runners go by him. If Woolwich have him and Xhaka against us we will beat them up.
Tielemans like Gabriel Jesus are Woolwich level players, technically good but streaky and not great off the ball. It’s someone like Bissouma going to Woolwich that would be more of an issue.

He was shit this season but the two season where they just missed out on top 4 he was quite good. Not good enough for our ambitions, but for 20-30m he'd a be a decent signing for them.
