doubt Levy is losing any sleep over it, he's making more money than ever. Sunday perfect example of it, our worst season in the league in an age, quite toxic between fans and some of the players/manager and the stadium was still packed.

He's not but I don't think this redev project will go as well as Rat thinks because a lot of it hangs on other projects Manchester United have no control of.

One day they are slashing costs, today they are spending 2bn on a ridiculous stadium that they will never fill whilst charging £100 for a meaningless bottom half team.
So Rat-Cliff's doing the interview circuit claiming that Man U were on course to be completely broke by the end of the year yet refusing to acknowledge the elephant in the room; that the owners (aka his new business partners) have taken over £1bn in dividends out of the club since their leveraged takeover also saddled them with a huge debt...............
(It wasn't so long ago that former CEO Woodward was crowing about them being the most profitable football club in the world, but now they need a new 100k mega-stadium to avoid going bankrupt?)

They’re two different debts though aren’t they. They’ll just secure it against the current stadium and its future development potential. Someone will lend them the money, it’s just how it’s structured.

The stunt (and the subsequent damage) the Glaziers have pulled is an entire different level...... They took over arguably the biggest and most successful club in the world and have, relatively speaking, destroyed it. (Whereas; whilst the ENIC 'journey' is one of ups, downs and disappointments; ultimately they could leave tomorrow and rightly claim that we're no worse off than the day they arrived even if one completely ignores all the corporate and infrastructure growth.)
