Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

West Ham are the gift that keep on giving. Seriously. They win... but it's at the Library; then they lose two home matches against small teams. Seeing depressed faces on the mockney-wide-boy-eel-munching-ok-actually-we-live-in-Northamptonshire 'pikeys' was a nice way to ease the frustration of another disappointing Spurs game.

the level of melting on there is an altogether different level.
they also genuinely believed they were going to get into the champions league via the europa.

the 1 question I always have for them is ,are they debt free?
(they have to be in order to move into the StateAid Athletics Stadium)

the media, for some reason, never ask this

No they are not debt free. they are 110m in debt in fact. That ridiculous Trout Face even tried to get their debt paid off as part of the OS deal.. From what I've seen it wouldn't surprise me if it had been agreed, the public are paying for everything else why not pay their debts off as well..
How any of this has been allowed to happen is beyond me..

From Today's Daily Mail....

"But Brady, speaking to The Daily Mail, said without West Ham’s ownership the home of the 2012 London Olympic Games would have gone to ruin like so may other stadiums around the world and the legacy would have been lost. “Anyone could have bought this,” she said. “Leyton Orient, the Qataris, anyone. But nobody saw it, nobody saw the potential here. So roll back that movie without West Ham. Taxpayers’ money would have poured into a big hole, been concreted over and never seen again. “Now the stadium is nearly finished, everyone recognises what is here and says it’s a steal. But it wasn’t a steal when we were doing the negotiations, because where was the queue of rival buyers? Without West Ham this would have been pulled down. It was going to be 25,000 with no roof. “And what would have happened then? Who would have come to that stadium? That’s a legacy? Tottenham just wanted to flatten it and start again. So no Olympic Stadium at all. This is going to be an asset, a national asset. We shouldn’t have to keep justifying ourselves. “Simply, without West Ham, this place would have been demolished and the Park would be done.”

But Brady, speaking to The Daily Mail, said without West Ham’s ownership ( note; no ownership it's rented for 25 Match days a years. For 340 days a year West Ham should not use the stadium ) the home of the 2012 London Olympic Games would have gone to ruin like so may other stadiums around the world and the legacy would have been lost ( note; this is a lie. Worst case scenario was a 25,000 Athletics / multi use stadium )

“Anyone could have bought this,” she said. “Leyton Orient, the Qataris, anyone. But nobody saw it, nobody saw the potential here ( note; this is a lie. As far as I recall, UK Atheletics had a primary interest, as did THFC, Live Nation, Orient. That's not "nobody"...why mention the Qatari's ? )

So roll back that movie without West Ham. Taxpayers’ money would have poured into a big hole, been concreted over and never seen again ( note; this makes no sense. Tax Payers paid for this, lock stock & barrel. Did we in London not pay extra to do so ? Everyone forgets the legacy is well served by the entire Olympic Park, not just the Stadium ).

Now the stadium is nearly finished, everyone recognises what is here and says it’s a steal (Note; everyone now recognises.....utter bullshit. I think Barry Hearn as an example already had his concerns )

But it wasn’t a steal when we were doing the negotiations, because where was the queue of rival buyers? ( Note; Buyers ? There was nothing to buy. It was a tender for a tenant. There was a que of potential Tennants was there not ? )

Without West Ham this would have been pulled down. It was going to be 25,000 with no roof ( note; was it being pulled down or was it roofless ? These statements look utterly contradictory and desperate ) “And what would have happened then? Who would have come to that stadium? That’s a legacy? ( Note; it's more a legacy of the Olympics as a 25K Atheltetics Stadium, rather than a half arsed conversation project )

Tottenham just wanted to flatten it and start again ( Note; hang on...I thought you said above no one else was interested ? ) So no Olympic Stadium at all ( Note; how does anyone come to that conclusion. Wembley was knocked down and rebuilt. It's still Wembley )

This is going to be an asset, a national asset. We shouldn’t have to keep justifying ourselves ( note; cut the lies and the utter bullshit and you might have more people on your side )

“Simply, without West Ham, this place would have been demolished and the Park would be done.” ( note; this is another compete lie. It would have become an Atheletics Stadium - which again to force home a point is more a legacy than this !)

Baroness Brady.....One questions if that's granted on the basis of charitable works & good deeds or is it to do with Politics, spin, lies and saving Boris' arse ?

Baroness Brady ??? who the fuck gave her that title? A Baroness is the wife of a Baron, but she's married to that Dwarf Peschisolido..
Unless it has been changed to mean - Ugly, Mouthy, Clueless, overweight Shit Stain.. If they have changed it then yes she is a Baroness.

Sorry to say, she is indeed in the House of Lords and is Baroness Brady of Knightsbridge. It's not a joke, unless it's a very sick joke......

She saved Boris and the Tories a load of Argo with the stadium, this is her reward

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ial-work-says-businesswoman-Karren-Brady.html

If you scroll down and see the picture of her and Cameron I swear you will want West Ham, her, the Porn Barons and the Tories to all burn in hell....there is something so wrong about all of this, no wonder DC said he supported Spammers by "mistake". It's disgusting

I can sort of see what she is saying about our plans.

We were very clear we would build a new football stadium in the Olympic Park, and build a new athletic stadium in Crystal Palace with 25K capacity (instead of the very old place with a 15K capacity they have now). Which would have been fine, except that they do seem to be able to fill the Olympic Stadium for athletics.

The Diamond League and Anniversary Games sold out (40K in attendance each night). As long as they keep paying Farah and Bolt to come, I guess they can probably keep doing that.

I personally think that as one of the very few woman in a high level position at a football club, she is given a lot more media time than she actually deserves. I don't like 'dissing' the sisterhood (think that's what you young people call it these days) but I find her quite odious. She is obviously very media savvy and manipulates things extremely well.

This must be an all time TFC record for the number of posts after karen Brady being quoted, without anyone saying they'd still bang her.

Are you all turning into fine upstanding gentlemen now?

West Ham star Diafra Sakho 'arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill'

The 25-year-old striker was arrested on Sunday night before being bailed, according to The Sun.

He had previously been questioned over an alleged assault earlier this month.

A Metropolitan Police Spokesman said: "On Sunday 23 August, officers from Havering arrested a man on suspicion of threats to kill and witness intimidation.

"A 25-year-old man was arrested at an address in Emerson Park, Hornchurch.

"He was taken to an east London police station and bailed pending police enquiries to a date in early October."

A spokesman for the player told the newspaper: "Diafra Sakho has not been charged with any offence. He vigorously denies the allegations that have been made against him, and has given police a complete explanation of events.

"He will not be making any further comment."

Even during all the frustrations of a slow transfer window these lot continue to make us laugh..
