Ours wasn't a pen, the rules state that if the ball comes off a body part which deflects onto the hand then it's not a pen.
It wasn't a clear and obvious error ffs. That's why it took several minutes to find an angle on the multiple videos they use.
In my opinion - and in the initial opinion of the ref - it was handball.

It was an error because the pen shouldn't have stood, it's nothing to do with clear and obvious, it's literally in the rules so it shouldn't have never got to the need to use VAR

Go and learn the rules mate.
1. I'm not your mate.
2. The referee saw it as a penalty (and so did I).
3. VAR looked at multiple angles, one of which made it look like the ball had hit his head and deflected onto his arm. All the other angles made it look like it was a simple, clear strike on the arm.
4. VAR showed the referee only the angle that looked like it hit his head first (when several other angles looked like simply contacted his arm - ie handball).
5. VAR's stated, basic and main aim is to overturn clear and obvious errors.
6. The original decision was not a clear and obvious error, therefore the original decision should have stood.
So, go and fuck yourself - Spurs should have had a penalty. It's the rules, you wanker.

The first view, which was as near to the ref's view as you're going to get, looks ABSOLUTELY like handball (slow it down to 0.25 speed, 25 sec, and you'll see).
Therefore it wasn't a clear and obvious error. If the ref had been shown that view, he'd have stuck with his original decision. Therefore it wasn't a clear and obvious error.
It WAS handball.
Also, if you look at the West Ham players (especially Cresswell), they just accept the original decision. They know it was handball.
