In the spirit of this post my big 2 unpopular opinions are that
1)Arse**l suck
2) Harry Kane is good.
Haha have to admit the first thing I thought of was this too.
He's very good (going to be world class) and you can't argue with his importance or stats last season BUT based on his current ability and consistent influence on games he's not at the level people are billing him at.
I wish Lamela well, but do not want to see him feature for us again.
Age has nothing to do with how pundits rate him, he's a brilliant talent and will only get better but he's not good enough for the likes of barca and Madrid right now which is what is often suggested in the media
Chimbonda on his day was the best RB we ever had. Nobody got past him including the best wingers.

I don't have a problem with us signing ex-gooners if they're good and don't otherwise support the scum.
This is one of the reasons I'd argue that he is overrated. He's done incredible things for his age, and for anyone's age, but by virtue of the media and other off the field things some people think he is England's best player or something.
I love him to death, but some people rate him above Eriksen!

Going off this, I think that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain would be an absolutely incredible signing for us, not that its going to happen.
It just makes no sense to me....I don't think it has anything to do with not buying success etc
For me, its not better to fail aiming high than succeed aiming low.
That's like saying it's better to get knocked out of the CL groups than win the FA Cup
Part of me doesn't want Spurs to win things because of the inevitable JCLs
We really don't wish mr Campbell any ill-will we hope he lives a long happy life in a positive state of mind!
The way I always interpreted it was that it is better to fail putting in 100% effort than to win something while not really trying that hard. To my mind buying success is the latter.
