When it's a big game and Spurs are hanging on my old man needs to leave the room and stand in the kitchen away from the noise or view of what's going on due to a heart condition he has. His poor ticker can't take it cos he's so into it (proper Spurs)
I feel like absolute shit when we lose... the fear of losing for 90 minutes is horrible because I know what I'll feel like if we lose... on the other hand there's no better feeling than winning a match
I get that Dier is young (23 or 24), but I think he is massively overrated. I think he played very well as a CDM, not best in the league that season which some claimed, but very good. I think he played well last season, but he scares me more than anyone. I really think he will develop into a great player, I just don't think he is that great player currently.
I think Lamela is overrated. But I don't get to watch every game, so my opinion is only worth slightly less than Poch's.

I'll probably get pelters for this but although I appreciate Dembele's ability to dribble past players, I would prefer to see and think we would be much better served by having a CM who can get it and move it on quickly and efficiently, particularly now we're playing on bigger pitches at home. At times I think he's want to hold on to the ball is actually counter productive to our overall play and allows the opposition to set up behind the ball while he's holding onto it.
We have some excellent footballers at the club these days but imo Christian Eriksen is, by a fucking mile, our best player and our most important player and it isn't even close.
