Player Conor Gallagher

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Other than the indisputable fact that we’ve seen him be better than this in the premier league at Palace and the Chavski cunts
Sure but we’ve seen every single one of our players be better than they currently are.

Gallagher being brought in for a massive fee+wages has failed to make a single impact so far… and given the circumstances I think he’s going down as one of our worst ever signings.

So, we’re agreed that Gallagher is one of a number who are better than they’re showing right now.

Agreed. Wasn’t the profile we needed in play style.

and given the circumstances I think he’s going down as one of our worst ever signings.

Unless he turns out to be the exact profile we need in terms of character

Exactly. Just like I said in previous post - it is way more about how we are set up and how we play than it is about Gallagher's quality or lack of.

You cannot expect to CONTROL a midfield when you put on either 3 players that are runners and pressers but do not feel comfortable actually CONTROLLING the ball and tempo in tight areas. You could put however good #8 in the current side. He would still look lost and clueless.

But I mean... after roughly 2 months, to suggest him to be "one of our worst ever singings" ... in the illustrious backdrop of Ndombeles, Soldados, Nkoudous, Lo Celsos etc etc... comes off bit harsh really.

Really? One brought in to steady the ship with his "Leadership", which quite frankly, I'm yet to see any evidence of, and we look worse playing him, and if we got relegated..... That'd be pretty fucking poor.

Paulinha, Sarr and Gallagher. That is awful. Sarr really is a poor player technically. Bounces off him everywhere. £200k a week for Gallagher though. I’d be embarrassed picking that up every week. Not his fault we offered him that I suppose

Really weird on Gallagher so far.

Thought he would make an instant and positive impact, not just with his football but also with his leadership.

Quite hard to fathom, but he has barely made any difference so far.

Hugely disappointing, and not to be picked for a crucial game yesterday was quite telling.
