Any player earning five bookings from their side's first 19 Premier League matches will serve a one-match ban in the same competition. Yellow cards are not carried over to the EFL Cup or FA Cup.
Players who accumulate 10 yellow cards in Premier League matches, up to and including their team's 32nd fixture, will serve a two-match suspension in the competition.

His greatest attribute, one very few players have, is getting ahead of the situation. Where he makes that crucial block early doors he moves perhaps a second before any other player, he just knows where the danger will come should the ball break the attacker's way. Most times that doesn't happen but when, like yesterday it does, he's there already.
Dier and Davies are quality positional defenders, but neither have his almost psychic ability to anticipate danger. VVD, Ramos, Laporte, Rudiger they all have that skill but they are also all at least 5 years older than Romero, he's still got 10 years ahead of him, let's hope it's with us.
