When Arteta was asked whether he or the club had requested for the game to be called off, he replied: "What we did is what we had to do, through the club, through the club doctor as well. He explained the situation, how it developed and the risk that we consider."

Sadly, I think these days, we have about the same 'clout' as ArseAnal in terms of influencing what games the FA choose to postpone....
Unlike in 2006, when they held ALL the cards, and managed to convince Scudamore and the FA to make us play against West Ham that day!
