Wah wah wah, ad hominem, ad hominem, ad hominem.I can guarantee you right now that if you spoke to some of the top biologists/biochemists in the U.K, they'd laugh in your face & call you what you are: a god-awful quack.

I'm talking mostly about taste and digestibility. Alkaline water is supposed to help with low pH food like when you eat lots of pulled pork or tomatoes.
But what exactly is controversial that different mineral contents in different types of water might have fringe health benefits, and especially so in an entourage effect with other positive health behaviors? Do we not have saline baths and natural hot springs to provide similar effects?
You seem very quick to dismiss and resort to cringey ad hominems- do you happen to be a medical doctor or have an advanced degree in nutrition or something similar? Can you at least be a bit less derisive to Zest?
Get over it- this is a nothing debate. I already said I was talking about taste and digestion. No, because it's bullshit. Guess what? I don't entertain pseudoscience:
Is Bottled Alkaline Water Healthy?
Again, there's no solid basis in science for whatever you're claiming. You can't '''balance'' your pH because your body does that for you. All these benefits come from the placebo effect. It has no proven benefits other than well done, you're drinking some water.
What is controversial about claiming stuff which isn't true? Oh boy I don't know, the fact it isn't true and you shouldn't spread lies? You're free to piss off & follow the pseudoscience, but I won't & I'll also call the people who peddle it out for what they are.
Get over it- this is a nothing debate. I already said I was talking about taste and digestion.
YOU are the one who escalated shouting down people and saying nasty things.
Settle yourself and GET OVER IT.
Deal with it. You're whining and ranting and wrecking a thread where we were entertaining some light hearted musings about water.Oh the backtracking here is spectacular. Now it's just tastier water.
Shall we get an actual timeline of events?Zest cried because he felt people were listening to Ronaldo, I told him its still pseudoscience, he sent me some bullshit which I reacted to with a video. He then said I was out of my depth .. which I responded to by (rightly) claiming that everything he was posting was pseudoscience. Because guess what: it fucking is.
He then called me either a fat drugs salesman or an idiot. But yeah, I'm the one throwing around ad hominem. Or is it just that you agree with him (hence liking all his garbage fucking posts linking Fiji water to preventing Alzheimers and other such bullshit) so don't like me calling him out on it? I think it is. At least own your shit ya fucking coward, I can't stand people who backtrack and hide away from what they actually think. Pathetic.
Deal with it. You're whining and ranting and wrecking a thread where we were entertaining some light hearted musings about water.
Just because I like a post doesn't mean I agree with every bit of it. I don't know why you insist on superlatives. Maybe something you imagined in your mind, perhaps?Yeah, I'm wrecking a thread for calling out pseudoscience. But you're happy to like/agree with the fucking page long posts about how fiji water helps prevent Alzhemiers, right? That's not ruining the thread at all.
Fuck off you gigantic hypocrite, you're going on ignore.
Think we'll grind out the win vs Everton without him, but I'm concerned he might not be available for Old Trafford.. Richarlison is struggling a bit at RW.
Yeah, Richarlison isn't looking good at RW, but let's see tomorrow. Home game and with a far more capable player going forward next to him I think maybe this is the game for him to shine.Think we'll grind out the win vs Everton without him, but I'm concerned he might not be available for Old Trafford.. Richarlison is struggling a bit at RW.
Absolutely. Missing him so much; his skills, his coolness, and the fact that whenever he gets on the ball, his tongue always lolls out. (I do this a lot when I concentrate, must be a sign of genius.Oh poo, not welcomed news at all, I was looking forward to seeing him, even if it was only from the bench.
OK… experience tells me differently, but sense you take great comfort in your “junk food is fine” delusions.I can guarantee you right now that if you spoke to some of the top biologists/biochemists in the U.K, they'd laugh in your face & call you what you are: a god-awful quack.
