Funny that people say he’s been crap apart from half a season with us.
But completely ignore the fact he was the best young player in Italy for a full season at 19/20 and was playing #10
Well lets hope mason starts him as a 10 tomorrow night.

Your weak foot is called your "swinger" for a reason. You basically swing and pray and sometimes that works out. Point being, 1 worldy with a weak foot doesn't mean it's consistently good enough.
I agree here. He clearly goes right sometimes and quite often beats his defender down the endline.I don't buy into the "he always cuts in" chat either...... He doesn't.
I think with a proper coach, Kulu could be as good as Saka. And not just "in a few years". Right now.
It will be lost to the mists of history, but between Conte's temper tantrum after the Burnley defeat and the end of the season we were really, really good. His averaged EPL output smoked Saka last season:
Saka: 2994mins / 11G / 7A = 1x G/A every 166mins
Kulu: 1267mins / 5G / 8A = 1x G/A every 97mins

Our persistent inability to kick on and take it to the next level is so frustrating.
I'd be tempted to rest him.
That myth needs to die. If we were 10 points better off I would be happy and not give a shit what they were doing.I can hack losses and set-backs; but that's why I'm so demoralised by this season........
(Not the scum being decent.... Bragging rights come and go.)

what about this season ?His averaged EPL output smoked Saka last season:
Saka: 2994mins / 11G / 7A = 1x G/A every 166mins
Kulu: 1267mins / 5G / 8A = 1x G/A every 97mins
I find the case that he's a one-trick-pony who has been found out by PL defenses deeply unconvincing. What about it? (See many previous posts)
If you don't think Kulu has the potential to have a good season again; so be it.
yeah, for me his struggles seem to be entirely of his own making. Strange indecision, unwillingless to take shots from good positions and generally not doing the cute and clever tricks that worked for him last season.I find the case that he's a one-trick-pony who has been found out by PL defenses deeply unconvincing.
Even amid otherwise desultory performances he still has moments where he makes a fool of his defender 1v1.

He won’t
This club has such problems with complacency. It's baked into our DNA and it's something I've noted as a persistent issue ever since Redknapp. At so many points we've been in exceptional form and instead of kicking on and winning something, standards have been allowed to drop and we go on an extended run of expecting clubs to just roll over for us before a ball has even been kicked. It will be lost to the mists of history, but between Conte's temper tantrum after the Burnley defeat and the end of the season we were really, really good.

When Kulsevski kept saying in interviews how Conte told him to stop enjoying and learn to suffer, alarm bells started ringing for me.Ive been saying all season he looked shot-shy...... As I said above, Sonny may have given us a clue as to why.
A certain flightiness is baked into Tottenham's DNA, but that's the same gene that makes us charming entertainers. This club has such problems with complacency. It's baked into our DNA
