Doesn’t mean he’s tired. If he’s fully fit with no niggles he should be sharp albeit mentally fatigued
That's the point.

Agree but calling it out as many don’t see that and just think he’s sleepy / lazy / leggy
You’ve asked him have you?Played the 2nd highest amount of mins in the team and clearly knackered...or are certain players not allowed to get tired?
Of course not but I am not making the claim that he is knackered. He has a bit of a labouring running style which makes him look a bit tired like Chris Waddle used to have. And in any case the finish that he conjured up on Sunday didn’t look like the finish of a tired man to me

Debatable. Who told you that Spursfan76?
People just itching to get off spicy hot takes I guess. How anyone can watch this team this season and decide Deki is the problem is crazy to me.
Pep said it best. “Kulusevski…what a player…”
People think that they know better than actual football managers. But that is nothing new.People just itching to get off spicy hot takes I guess. How anyone can watch this team this season and decide Deki is the problem is crazy to me.

The point I am making is that you are deciding Kulu is tired. I am saying that that is just an excuse.Modern day footballers have never had it so good. They have dieticians, physios and sports scientists to get them ready for matches. Back in the 80’s when I first started watching Spurs these things didn’t exist to the same extent. The players just got on with things. One of our own Paul Allen for example used to run and run in matches on heavy pitches and barely missed a game for us for 7 or 8 seasons. The schedules were crazy and I can remember Spurs playing on Boxing Day in 86 against West Ham and then Coventry on the next day. Nobody complained.
I’m not sure I agree with this. Plenty of football managers pick bad players.People think that they know better than actual football managers. But that is nothing new.
And some fans are always looking for scapegoats. And I guess that Dejan does become a bit of a target since he doesn't shy away from talking the talk.
But saying that Dejan is one of the problems this season is absolutely bonkers.

I was very young when I started watching!
Now that we know Djed Spence has an actual level he has exceeded wildly expectations. Best right or left back at the club. Can't wait to see him under a proper coach. Pochettino would have made him the best fullback in Europe.
He is experienced enough so he should know that when you are 2:0 or 3:1 up, and your defence is under pressure - as a front 3 player you should focus on ball retention first. Especially when your partners (Son and Moore) are weaker physically and holding the ball with opponent on their back is in theory not their type of play.
Instead every time he received ball during that tough period, he forced plays/tried to dribble through multiple opponents and lost ball countless times. Young Moore has shown more awareness in keeping possession.
And its not only that Deki is fatigued - that was plain hero ball attitude.
