Come on mate. Different positions to start and moura is getting worse and worse with time. And lamela? Lamela is a fraud who should be gone from this club years ago. Dele deserves a final chance. If he doesn’t come good until may while getting chances he’s done.

Lucas is getting worse? He outscored Dele by 8 goals the season before last, and I haven’t seen Dele improve since then.

Dele is actually capable of creating something. Lucas has little creativity. His assists are due to someone playing him into a good spot and playing a simple pass. Nothing against that but assists don’t equal creativity.

Last season Dele scored one goal v top 6 (Utd)
The rest were Everton, Burnley, Watford, Brighton, Norwich and Bournemouth
Assists were against Red Star, West Ham, Burnley, Wolves and Southampton
One “assist” was blasting a 3 yrd tap in straight at the keeper and someone else tucked in the rebound

So what we are now doing is dividing up assists into ones which create goals (Dele) and ones which are just because he happened to be on the pitch so don’t really count (Moura)
Even if you don't rate Dele surely you can see an argument that his profile may be of use?
Gets in the box, can play a through ball, take balls on the half turn etc.
Just like how Crouch was never better than Defoe, but often the big guy was more suitable alongside van der Vaart etc.

In order for Dele to be useful, we have to control possession and be able to get players into the box. Just bringing back Dele isn't going to help if our defense can't pass the ball 3 yards and our attackers give it away within seconds of receiving it.
Well we're using a bunch of players ineffectively constantly.
Might as well give Dele his shot. May even coincide with a style change in the team.

'hate' you decided that you loved Dele years ago. Does that make you "impossible to debate"? The whole point of debate is the points being made not a particular participants perspective?
