Leicester pulling the trigger has done him a massive favour or Dele would be getting torn to shreds in the papers, at least his own fans will stick up for him? The Hypocrisy knows no bounds.

All i can say is thank the lord he didn't do it playing for England. This country went from hanging effigies of Beckham to ass kissing him on Children in Need in ten years.

Its no secret that teams often struggle massively against ten.

Not defending Alli, but he was playing very poorly before the red, and we improved after it. This extra punishment thing is baffling.

Imagine if the FA excercised some special act and banned him for PL games. Some on here would be nodding and quietly applauding it? Weird

It can for a number of reasons. Sometimes a team is better with 10 players playing cohesively than 11 with one player making mistakes.

Some of the really technical teams would also get completely lost with a man missing, as each player has specific instructions (and not all footballers are on the Mensa scale!).


But yes, if we want to point the finger at why we lost, it is as basic as:

- Not taking our chances
- Kane scoring an own goal
- Dier fucking around with some sort of offside trap, Dawson style
- Gent having one shot on target and scoring from it


I saw very little that suggested Alli would make any difference to that
 
If I was a Manager of any of the top 5 clubs I would be a bit concerned today after Ranieri. The fight for CL places is going to be tight and will probably mean that the team in 5th will have the highest points total ever.
If Poch fails to win the FACup and finishes 5th, there will be calls for his head including on here. Not from me mind you. Under those circumstances would you drop Dele and risk losing points that could be the difference between winning a CL place and missing out. I know I would not.

Luckily nobody on here runs the club.
A year out from moving to the new stadium, Levy is going to throw the best manager we have had for 30 years under the bus ... I don't see it.
