Is there a DOF out there that can actually fix the Levy issue when it comes to transfers?

What are the biggest priorities?

Personally want to go back to Dortmund style recruitment. There is so much talent out there, especially in the English pyramid that the next Dele could be much easier to find.

Rangnick would be good just because you at least know he would want a manager with attacking principles and Rangnick has a great rep as a DoF with Red Bull however isn’t he is the Austrian manager?

For me we need our next DoF to be a visionary, have clear principles and look to create continuity in style and management like what we see at Brighton or Woolwich with Edu.

Paratici did ok on players but he had no real core football style which is kind of the job of a modern DoF. In that respect this is a very important choice.

Obviously that is assuming and that is a big assumption Scott Munn and the new DoF are trusted to get on with it and not have board interference.
