Just looking at our last 9 fixtures. There’s very few I like the look of. Don’t see too many wins between now and end of seasonz

Not really, just someone that is well and truly fed up.,

Yeah I feel it too. We are all in this together though, players and fans alike.
This is when support is needed more than ever.

Although I didn't go myself, I was proud last night hearing our fans singing with everything they've got from the away end, and that's what it's all about.

Tottenham 'till I die..

LDWWLLWLW - 13 points.. give or take 13.
Would give us a poor 54 point total.
Meaning we need Chelsea to lose 7 of their remaining 9 games or something to get 4th.

We'll win again, don't know where, don't know when, but I know we'll win again some sunny day :mourthumb:

Only so much you can give mate before you realise half these players are not even up for the fight or good enough for this club. I will always love Spurs, but you can’t blame fans for being sick to death of underachieving for so long. The Spurs support have never been the issue, it’s the players occupying this squad.

You honestly think in our final 4 away games we win 3 and draw the other??

Well we only have 3 away wins all season? so understand your doubts.

Sheffield utd will be tough, but also for them mentally given their strong position. a bit like the Burnley game perhaps. I do see a draw there

Bournemouth is a tricky one. they are right in a relegation scrap but that certainly doesnt mean they will start winning their games. if anything I would expect them to crumble under the pressure against us, and it's the 4th april.. kane might be back by then.

palace and toon are sitting where they are with little to fight for. sure they were already down and beat us 5-1 not that long ago, but they are both pretty shit sides.

yeah its optimistic, but do think they are games we could pick up some points.

Based on current form (and lets face it there's no sign of that changing)

So, we could conceivably end the season on 47 points and I even feel that's being slightly generous.

Still, COYS! :mourloopy:

Tbh it’s hard to see where another point is coming from. Maybe Bournemouth I guess.

how have we fallen so far in approach, application and output, and why has it happened so rapidly despite the ministrations of two good football managers?

The only reason I can think of is short term management from the board downwards, ignoring the ageing and injury process of a once successful team and squad and a failure to invest in the playing staff.

I somehow doubt either manager would have signed on to that approach, it cost Poch his job and its costing Mourinho his reputation.

I've said this before, but a small part of me relishes the fact we are shit at the moment. It got to the point under Poch where every game winning was expected for a little bit there. A tiny bit of me kind of likes the feeling that we were accustomed to as Spurs fans where you playing fucking Burnley at home or something, are 3-0 up but still think 'could blow this here', then you win 3-2 and are still elated. Of course I would prefer us to be good, but the bad times just make the highs that much better. I do think that period was our best chance we will get to win the league or CL in the next 15 years, and its devastating we didn't win anything in that period, but I didn't fall in love with this club for trophies, so even if we go to shit I will always care. Again, not saying I prefer this to us winning, guess it is just a matter of trying to be positive.

The season ended last Weds after the defeat to Norwich.

I can't see where our next win is going to come from, I truly can't.

This season, this year, this fucking decade. I'd like to think the worst is behind us but it really does feel as if it's yet to come!

Still, I'll be there on Sunday.

:mourcry:

Colchester, Norwich and a bloody energy drink... I don't blame anyone for not doing so. The only game remaining I'll be sweating bullets for is against Woolwich.

Not now.
Asian flu finishes season.

We keep the same squad and are back in the CL
It'll be like watching reruns of the great escape.
It will start well but we all end up back in the poo with some badly injured.

For me, football is done til August - just can't see it going ahead til then as just too much going on.

Quite frankly not too bothered. Love the game, but really haven't enjoyed watching Spurs of late so a break might be a blessing in disguise

completely agree mate. Im so relaxed about this situation it’s unreal. If somehow the footy season is resumed, then by then we will have Sonny and Kane back. Whilst we are still not a great team, we are much better with these 2 and we just might enjoy watching Spurs again. On the other hand, if the season gets abandoned, then happy days to. It’s been a complete clusterfuck of a season and I can’t wait to see the back end of it.
