Those offers aren’t coming are they?
Hey, I was reliably informed in the Bryan Gil thread of all places that Emerson Royal has in fact been good and we will sell him for almost what we paid...

Yeah I think the motherfucker that wrote that is on crack too.

:royaltongue:

The only good thing the guy has provided is the above smiley, which perfectly encapsulates the absolute dimwittery that he oozes on the pitch.

Tottenham fullback Emerson Royal is under investigation by São Paulo Civil Police for fraud, criminal association, and procedural fraud.

He must answer claims from businessman André Cury, who alleges Emerson gained an unfair edge in a CNRD dispute—a body linked to the Brazilian Football Confederation.

What happened?

The case centers around accusations from businessman André Cury. He claims Emerson manipulated a dispute resolution by the CNRD, a body linked to the Brazilian Football Confederation, to unfairly benefit himself.

According to Cury, Emerson and his father, along with companies G3 and Argos, struck a deal that made Cury solely responsible for any financial penalties, which was a condition for continuing their business relationship.

However, after agreeing to this, Emerson switched to another agency and changed lawyers, leaving Cury to handle potential fines alone.

This led Cury to sue Emerson and the others involved as he faced a financial penalty of 600,000 euros due to the actions agreed upon in their former arrangement.

As the case unfolds, Argos and G3 have sued Cury for the full debt, though Emerson has not been sued. The Public Ministry has called for further statements from all involved to clear up this complex issue.
