You heard that 25 years ago?!?! No one in their right mind would've said that in the year 2000. And no shit anime/kpop is going to be more important since it's exporting culture/money. But doesn't mean they can't be good in football. The fact that you think it won't happen is pure ignorance and stupidity.

The protesters should be the last ones people attack. They are speaking up for something they feel passionate about. It’s a weird logic to say you should comply & shut up unless you can change things. People should make their voices heard even if it has no impact if they want to. If someone wants to protest oil companies etc dumping toxic waste in the ocean then good for them. The alternative is the laugh & mock them because the oil company aren’t going to stop because you hold up a sign,

They always seem to have a few qualities I like. Work hard, technically very good & a good attitude. Not sure if they can get as good as you think but hopefully as it would make football better having some good Asian countries.

It's like a perfect storm for the media to go at Levy now.
Not only are we having a historically bad season, but his two biggest shields in Moshiri and Ashley are both gone from Everton and Newcastle respectively.
Man United are obviously also down in the dumps, but they have Rathcliffe come in so they are at least looking like they are trying to change things up.
There's nothing to shield Levy any more from the press.
One thing that the BBC article brought up that is lowkey important is that Levy has surrounded himself at the top level of the club with other people like him. People who's skills and expertise lies on the business side rather than the footballing side. And people who prefer ignoring the distress in the stands rather than address it.
There just isn't a balance up top in regards to business expertise and football expertise. Lange may not be everyone's favourite but he must be feeling like Sissyphus right now. We need someone like Paratici, a football guy with expertise and a strong personality, to actually push for the footballing side of things.

I’m sure fans of those clubs would say there’s no question which club is most prolific at bottling the big event.
All those occasions to me speak to the mentality of the club. The inability to win a big game under pressure, to beat a big club late in a tournament with it all on the line, this is a mentality that we have never had. Apart from one CL run, under the mentality of a manager who the chairman decided needed sacking, the lack of composure and mental toughness is pervasive.
The whole bbc article is a terrible defence of him. Anyone reading it has to think he should have gone years ago.
Yeah. It paints the picture of a guy who means well, but is so stuck in his way of doing things that he doesn't see the forest for the trees.
And like I've said, with Ashley and Moshiri gone. The media are going to keep hounding him now.
