And if you are buying a 100m player how much is a club putting down initially.. anything from 30-60m would be my guess.

I really hope there’s plans to overhaul the recruitment team as we seem to have pissed vast sums of money up the wall on mediocre talent in some recent transfer windows.

No. The whole point of this is to give us greater cash liquidity, we struggled for cash flow before. We will be much better positioned in transfer negotiations when it comes to payment plans. This isn't about chucking down 100 mill for one player, that isn't how football transfers work.
