I think the parcel of land was an agreement between the club & the council so the stadium etc could be build , access to site etc . That phase is now over . It’s a land transfer back to the council ( some of the land they bought they used a Compulsory purchase order & put some in the stadium development area ) and have now got it back

Right .

As I said , I was probably being paranoid. Recent events haven’t been good for my mental wellbeing let alone my thought processes .

Club is gone. Just a case of how far and how long we will drop now. Too many times over too many years have they allowed our club to be treated like a urinal. The butt of jokes and memes. Imagine the goons putting up with 1/10th of what we have had to go through. No other club enables this.
My Woolwich pals take the piss out of me big time, but when we're being serious they feel sorry for us and think it's an utter disgrace what's happened to Spurs. One of them texted me today "Spurs are Premier League. The PL without Spurs - and the NLD - ain't the PL. The former needs the latter just as much as the latter needs the former."

57 years, since I was 8, supporting this club through the glorious and not so glorious, but this current debacle in 2026, as the 9th, I think?, richest club in the world, to find ourselves where we currently are, with performances and results that currently are, is beyond my belief and therefore my support going forward.

Only accountability for those responsible will see me once again have the appetite to be proud to follow my once beloved THFC.

Agreed. Boycott is 100pc right. No way do ENIC deserve our money. I hope for good results, but I won't give the cunts a penny.

Is it better to have the most expensive tickets in the premier league that are unaffordable to a lot of people or instead to have the most expensive tickets in the championship that are affordable to a lot more people.

For a long time we have been asking for ticket prices to get lowered.

I think it’s a positive the club have listened to this problem and cone up with a creative way to make it happen.

Well done ENIC!! Thanks for listening to the fans!!

What are they doing? The players hate him, the fans hate him. We are going down. Just sack him asap, sort a replacement later. Ben Davies as interim, Romero, whoever

Sack him

I would like to ask the Gooner who was accountable for pre match preparation and failed to research Atletico’s tactics for watering the pitch? We are a shambles - that start was completely avoidable and we simply weren’t prepared

That's on the management team/coaches. Such a basic thing to point out seeing as their pitch has notoriously been poor for a while.

Thomas Frank would have known the make of the hose and what time it came on and for how long.

Ange Postecoglou strikes me as a man who would know the Psi flow rate of the water and also the groundsman’s name and favourite wine. Also his kids schools.

Tudor meanwhile.
Steps on the pitch. “Has it been raining??”

Is it though? Inwould imagine other clubs would have data experts and others analysing opponents. Perhaps they are part of the coaching crew, but we just seem so disorganised

Assuming you were talking about Vinai, It's not the CEO's job to make sure the players are wearing the right boots and to prepare them for a match, come on...

He employed someone at Woolwich to do it!!

What I read...
To be clear, the people now running SPURS. A bunch of wankers.

Peter Charrington (non-exec chairman)
A wanker, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Lives the high life on Lewis Island!

Matthew Collecunt (chief operating and finance officer)
Accuntant

Eric Hinscum (non-executive director)
From the Arseholespace industry. No experience in football or sport.

Jonathan Turner (lead independent director)
Yes....Another Investment wanker.

Vinai Venkatescum (chief executive officer)
A gooner.
FIXED!
Was staring out at us in plain sight really...

I won't be surprised if their big picture is to restructure or reorganize the business model. Football operation (to them) need to be dropped because it will always represent huge expense in order to sustain profit, let alone the PR battle with very demanding rowdy and erratic clients (i.e., the fans). The stadium was built as a multi-purpose facility and can be transformed easily to suit the purpose,

Just like big corporates killing part of their operations or production lines to restructure and transform. Don't be surprised that ENIC's vision is to kill the football operation and focus on staging big events and promoting the area as a tourism destination in London. It begins with relegation.

I never realized the quote "There used to be a football club here". Looks like the day will come when this is actually a reality.
