ENIC In or ENIC Out

Thing is mate if he genuinely owned another 10% in club then he wouldn't be "considering" legal action because he would have documented evidence that he owns it.
He's pissed that he's been treated as all the employees he's sacked over the years. At the end of day he was an employee of the club / ENIC and his sacking has shown that. There was a deliberate reason he had less than 30% shareholding. He was out maneuvered by Lewis's kids and he's pissed. He can stomp his feet all he wants.

It's beautiful though.

I truly hope the Lewis family take him to the cleaners.

The best paid chairman in the Premier League, for a decade or more, has not been offered a similar role by any other club.

Why is that?

If we survive and If ENIC are still here next season, this shit will happen again.

They need to be driven out of out club. Every last one of them. And all of the people above the manager of the football team need to be on the bus that drives them away from THFC.

Let's get behind the team now to try to save ourselves.
But after this season, they need to be pushed as hard as possible.
Ideally we somehow secure safety before Everton, then kick off major at them that final game.

A complicating factor is Levy’s claim to an additional stake in ENIC. According to the Spurs website, Levy and his family ultimately own 29.88% of ENIC. However, Levy believes he has a claim to a further 10% or so in Spurs. These shares are said to be owned by the Lewis Trust, but the ultimate beneficiaries are the Levy family, according to a person familiar with the matter.

If Levy eventually gets the shares, it would place him over the 30% threshold and trigger a mandatory, all-cash offer for the rest of ENIC. The same could apply to any buyer of Levy’s stake. A consortium fronted by Hong Kong businessman Ng Wing Fai has been discussing buying Levy’s stake, with Levy seeking a valuation of around £1 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.]

Christ we're never going to see the back of this guy

I don't think it will.

I think the Lewis kids do want to take us forward.

I mean the just got RDZ's, I think VV and Lange are out the door.

But hey let's see what happens. They sacked Levy after all, it was always going to take time.

So I'd give em a chance to prove themselves, sacking Levy earned them some time.

Well, that's the way I see it, and yes, I am ENIC out until proved otherwise.

I don't think they're remotely capable of getting it right,
I'd worry just a much if they literally pulled up at HQ in a dumptruck full of money, as I would if they didn't spend anything.
They're idiots. Absolute morons.

You say that, but the just got RDZ who is a much better fit for the club, than any manager since Poch.

Yes, Ange was attacking, but it was insanely so without any tactical nuance. Also got found out very quickly.

Now, I'm not saying that it's a 100% guarantee that RDZ will work out. Just that his a better fit.

Also, even if ENIC did sell up a year ago, most of the same personnel would most likely still be in place. As any new owner would have needed time to find their just as the Lewis kids would have done, to find their feet so to speak.

And also you can't sack everyone in one go, coz you still need people who understand the day to day adminstration stuff. So it was completely unfeasonable to sack everyone in one go.

People have to learn to be patient, these things take time, regardless of how grim it is.

We got RDZ and to me, that's a massive step in the right direction.

At least now, we have a slightly better chance of staying up, than we did with Frank and Igor.

We will just have to wait and see.

They have RDZ lined up out of pure desperation. They wanted to wait until the summer and wanted to keep Frank. Then they wanted Poch so didn't offer RDZ a full time job.

This lot, same as Levy, only get things right by mistake.

No, no, they never wanted to keep Frank, they wanted Poch back and had be talking to him months.

They just wanted to see out the year, and bring in who they wanted. Unfortunately circumstances forced their hand and had to go with RDZ.

The only ones that wanted Frank are VV and Lange, and they are most likely out the door come the summer.

I meant they wanted to keep Frank on to the end of the season before getting Poch.

Last few paragraphs are concerning reading. I thought this might get nasty. I suspect he’s trying to buy the club after reading that.
Confirmation what many of us thought. That Levy scuppered several attempts by Lewis to sell the football club.
It sounds like the stench and disruptive influence of Levy is going to be strangling Tottenham Hotspur for a few more years to come, unfortunately.

Yeah, it was stop gap, as they sorted themselves out.

No one expected hime to be as poor as he was.

Instead of being brave and acting like a big manager, he got scared and played it ultra-safe.

I just pointed out in the relegation betting thread that, before Kudus got injured, we were nowhere near as bad.
We got 27 points from the 20 games including the one he got injured in.
3 from the 11 since.
I wouldn't pin this all on Frank with the night and day points return before and after that day.

Of course not, too many of the players are shit, Levy sold him short, as he did every other manager, but ultimately Frank was his own worst enemy... Just like Ange.

Kudus is rubbish. We also haven't won a game since Bentancur went down, and he's also rubbish.
