It's not all down to Nuno. It's everybody. If Spurs can't raise their game to qualify from this group in the ECL, we should just let hopes and dreams go... there's a trophy here. Why would these players not want to try and win this? Doesn't matter if it's not the CL.... they can't win anything else this year....
We deserve it, getting beaten by Mura. It's worse than Colchester a couple of years ago.
The media will go to town on us and i don't see why they shouldn't. That squad is full of poseurs and cowards who should have been axed years ago. We've got exactly what we deserve by persevering with shit players for too long.

Nuno dissed the comp so much that we wound up with a game tonight that we had to win.
Then Conte dissed Mura and picked the wrong players.
I don't think most of our reserves are that bad. I really hope we field a good side in the last game and qualify.
Although the play off games are "inconvenient" I would rather we play them than not.
Because these players think they are too big for this competition, when actually, is is their level. They need a reality check.

Yeah - I don't think I meant what I wrote after I re-read it... we can win something, if we play at our best... we just need to bring a proper level to this competition. You can't just win football matches by thinking you're the best. You have to actually play the best...
Nuno was a bit guilty, but the state of things at the moment is a bit dodgy. It's not all his fault. He tried to juggle players to win games in the Prem... clearly Kane has had a rough start to the year... that didn't help Nuno and had very little to do with him.
Hopefully this is a kick up the arse and we can stay in this comp. 'cos I would definitely like to see us push to win this thing... if we can qualify first!!!

I think there's a bit of that... lots of them have played CL though, so if the team was working properly, some of them have a point because they have played at a higher level... but they are not there right now....

Conte comes in and they're still mentally shot. This just reinforces my belief that they'll never have what it takes to win trophies for us; the old guard especially. They're damaged by hubris and the experience of failure after failure. Like an infection, it's spread to the newbs and youngsters.
Two windows of furious activity is a must.
