I don’t know. I turned it off in disgust when Mura made it 2-1 to be honest. Any apology is a hollow gesture anyway. Nobody deserves any credit at all from that. No cohesion, no real patterns of play, no movement off the ball and no composure in front of goal. Appalling
Hopefully, being in the Vanarama Europa conference league south would give us a great opportunity to give a chance to some of the fringe and youth players...

It was not the sending off that decided the match it was the lacklustre performance. I do not know wtf has happened since we finished 4th and got to the Champions League final but we look absolute garbage that is after spending £400m and signing 13 players. The fact is something stinks and it is the players attitude we used to regularly rotate when it came to European games but we used to bring players that were hungry. That team was not hungry for the win they thought they could just turn up.

agree about the hunger.... I reckon they get demoralised playing in the second string, so don't play to their best level, even if they try. It causes them to lose form. They all want to play 1st team (I don't blame 'em)... but if they can't step up and play well, that's no good...
Pretty telling when Skipp (who has only been playing 1st team football for 2 1/2 years )is arguably our most intelligent player every match, Kane aside.
Every other player seem to be prone to short mental lapses throughout the match, that makes you want to pull your hair out . At first you’d question the coaching and training, but most players with these “lapses” have done it with 4 managers now, so obviously they won’t change.
It's a shame Eriksen, Rose, Walker and Dembélé were replaced by players who aren't as good, and tactically inept.

Yes he did but he always seems likely to have a costly brain fart at centre half. Played his best football for us as a holding midfielder before a torrid spell with injury and illness affected his form there. It might be an idea to try him there again
