Defending is about concentration and I’m wondering if opposition defenders just get surprised by a switch to lesser known and much more energetic strikers they haven’t prepared for after 80 minutes…

Great performance first half. Really superb. Thought we didn't move the ball quick enough second half, and sometimes didn't gamble with a punt upfield - when we did it usually led to something useful.
TBH the only change I'd make to the starting 11 is drop Trippier. Yes, Kane is off the pace, but he is in some way quite effective for a bit at least and attracts attention. He's still a monster threat and hard to track. So I'd start him, but get subs on a bit earlier if need be.
