Match FA Cup 4th Round - Man City [H] - Friday 26 Jan 20:00

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Fake club
Empty trophies from cheating with oligarch money stolen from regular people in Russia.

Everything about modern era Chelsea is an embarrassing stain on English football like a piss dribble on a pair of jeans
Its not just modern era Chelsea. They've always been scum. Combat 18, Ken Bates, Dennis Wise, Clive 'the flasher' Walker, Paedo Rix as coach, Jody Morris the list is endless. Filth.

Couldn't watch the game earlier. 43m into the first half. Intense start from City and our midfield struggled. Once their high press ran out of Kulusevski wasted three or four chances to play through balls.Johnson, as ever, offering very little. Bernado Silva should have been booked, maybe twice. Just now we are on a break, ball goes out for a throw, we want to take a quick throw but Ake boots the ball away, no card for Ake and the twat Teirney pulls us up for taking the throw a few feet in the wrong place. Best moment of the half, Hojbjerg dancing his way through two/three challenges then playing the type of ball Kulusevski should;d have played a few times previously, in behind City.

It's bullshit trying to come to conclusions about much after tonight.
Ake goal could well have been disallowed by VAR but City spurned other chances from open play.
Both GKs had little to do during the game.
2 good teams.

Ange is bang on that City are the benchmark and we are not there yet, but we are a lot closer than we were this time last year. In only 6 months we are building a squad that IMO will this time next year be a lot closer to City than Today. In Porro, Udogie, VDV, Cuti, Vic, Madders, Son, SARR, Bentancur and more to come we have some of the best talent we have had in decades that along with a fantastic manager the future can only be bright. We are on the verge of something really special under this manager

Yup, this whole team is a bit green and in need of some dark arts. You know City do that, get the pushing and shoving going on the first corner. Let the ref know that he’s losing control of the game if he doesn’t stop it.

Need to learn this shit.

You could see the game slipping away from the ref in the last 20-25mins......

Not that they weren't hitting tactical 'disruption' fouls from the 1st whistle.

Same old story tho.... If you're gonna keep your cards in your pocket and ignore accumulation until the final 3rd of the game then you've already allowed the advantage to be taken.

Spurs lost to the world's best team - for the last 2-3 seasons - on a "disputed" goal towards the end of the game. And Man City took this game very seriously.
Yes, Spurs barely had any chances but they still had a solid game. Now they can focus on the league.
And Vicario learned a valuable lesson: he must be tougher against player obstructing him on corners.

Fuck it... .whatever City .. you've bought your last Decade of Trophies... Why should tonight be any different?

Good luck to you...
I assume the courts will clear you of all 115 counts of wrongdoing... After you settle up with them beforehand.

Man City and Chelsea have basically ruined modern football... And Newcastle are about to follow them!

Totally, Pep was playing the officials most of the 2nd half and you could see the ref giving them more and more. If we were playing Burnley tonight that goal gets disallowed, the precedent for these decisions was made when Villa got one softly disallowed against Sheffield but VAR is so inconsistent

Our defence for the most part looked very good tonight. Very little dynamism in our midfield with key players out, and whatever attacking threat we posed was fizzled out by poor final passes or needlessly losing possession.

Excited for the next few weeks when we see the pieces come together again. COYS

I only saw the second half, so....the standout difference for me was City's players with their first touch, the accuracy and weighting of their one touch passes to get out out of tight spots, and always seeming to find a free team mate. Its the key to controlling the game, and they're the best at it.

Werner was under-utilized -it might take a bit of time for his team mates to see the runs and have confidence in him.

Johnson's one on one with the keeper where he tried to lift the ball over I felt he could have tried to go on the outside and leave a trailing leg behind to milk a pen.

Hojberg had a couple of nightmare moments, tried hard, just isn't in same the class needed to compete with City's midfielders.

Udogie and Porro would have learned a bit about what its like to defend against the best wingers in the best team in world football.

A loss is always disappointing. The team is a work in progress, and will improve as players come back in.

Meh. Just one of those games, lost against the better team. When they can bring on Doku and De Bruyne and we can only bring on Skipp and a half-fit Maddison to make the difference, that tells its own story.

Disappointing atmosphere tonight given the pre-match hype, but guess the action on the pitch didn't help. Seemed to be quite a lot of kids about too, I guess will always be the case in the Cup.

Finding it hard to get that worked up about it really. Rather lose to them now than more semi-final heartbreak. We go again vs Brentford, hopefully some more minutes for Madders.

My experience as a fan 91 we nearly went under. Sugar tough businessman and saved the club and stuck to principles. Levy is trying to phase our growth. This is his last appointment though. He has to back ange and he knows it. Stubborn man and will probably leave when weve won something so he has last laugh imo.
