I think they could work well together with Lange doing the analytics and Fabio smooshing the deals.
Levy seems to trust Fabio handling the closing out of the deals.

On paper they should work well together.
I think that it depends on how Lange's title/position is restructured. At Villa he was originally meant to work together with Monchi when the latter came in. But they demoted/changed Lange's title to "Global Director of Football Development and International Academies". And essentially made him responsible for their youth scouting only.
If he is allowed to still have a say in who we recruit for the first team I do think that he could work well under Paratici. If not I think that he moves on.

Lange is a technical director which is different to a DoF I believe so in theory.

Would fit the team composition as it is. Poch is the best at growing players and a team, just not the best at finishing it maybe at the end. If we get better richer owners then I think we look for someone different to Poch, Poch just fits the mess we have under Levy due to his ability to fix up players.
The crux I guess is that in the reports the title that Paratici will get is Technical Director.
I guess we could have two? Or I guess Lange's could be renamed "Head of Player recruitment/scouting/analytics" or something like that.
Not sure poch is the answer, levy would look at that to remove fan pressure.
