This fucking pointless competition will be the end of us. We don't have the squad or desire to win it and it just fucks us for our domestic campaign. Sometimes I wonder if I watch the same game as other Spurs fans. Peoples evaluations of our performances when we edge games 1-0 or 2-1 are completely over the top.
The WHU draw was particulary bad. Shit result and overmatched most game, yet people come up with stats like posession, like shots (of which more than half were tame efforts, hurried and off target) and of how amazing Bentaleb/Mason were, when in truth we got overmatched in midfield most games.

So it's not to do with the fact, that we most games of late concede 1,5+ goal in average thus making the few clear cut chances we ACTUALLY create completely crucial?
