Ange: "Maybe it was a little bit the changes I made and the environment and atmosphere, but the moments that stick out to me was giving the ball away. We were playing through them quite easily with 10 men but with 11 men we had nowhere near that conviction and that was disappointing."

duh It was about the changes. But it was also about that thing called the preparation.

A huge part of football management has to do with knowing what to expect in particular games and preparing your team and squad appropriately. And that is very MUCH so when you go to some tough, visiting grounds. You gotta prepare for shit like that to withstand what turns out to commonly be some sort of an early onslaught by the home team driven by their supporters and by the atmosphere.

Bore off 🥱

The bit I don't understand about those that are anti Ange and anything he or the team does is why they constantly come on and go on about it , I appreciate they are entitled to their opinion , but week in and week out they are here repeating themselves .
I got it the first time , and the second , make your point and move on .
I don't need to be schooled as I'm sure many others don't .
It simply gets boring .
Supporting a club means just that , support them , and not blindly , by all means we are allowed to critique , and debate , but continually bitching about how crap everything is just gets brain numbing and achieves nothing .
Do I think Ange is getting everything right ? no , do I think we are improving with a young team ? yes .
Do I think we will win something with Ange ? possibly , if he can find the consistency that winning something needs , but I think some patience is required . At our best we play some of the best football I have seen in years from anybody , but consistency and patience is needed .
But we now live in the instant noodle society and the one thing that always brings is disappointment .
Spot On!

Bergvall , Gray and Lankshear was playing in a place many call hell for away teams and the got a huge experience boobst n gala is a team that is not at the bottom ofthe football world

You know what’s ironic? If I searched your posts, I’d find more "AnGe OuT" crap coming from you than from me. You know why? Because I never said to sack the manager. I said I don’t like him, I said I don’t think his tactics will work, and unless he’s some cult of personality, I am allowed to fucking say that. But I remember very well the way you used to post, you little shameless cunt. You change your opinion about the manager more frequently than a woman changes her pants. Now you calling people out acting like you are some big Postecoglou supporter? 🤣

Since you put it this way, can’t wait for the end of this fraud’s reign so all you Postecoglou ass kissers can finally fuck themselves off this forum and go "support" another team.

Confused Little Girl GIF

Think you must be confused old bean

I've been one of Ange's most staunchest supporters

And I'm all about the positivity

I reckon you must have confused me with Billy Bob mate Billy Bob mate

He's a right negative nancy

I do apologise, old chap. I thought I detected a certain irony to your manager related posts which suggested to me a less than fulsome belief in the desirability of the Ange Postecoglou tenure. :D

I've never actually said i want him sacked.

Only that I think he will, ultimately be sacked.
I might have thought it was a better idea a few weeks ago when Tuchel and Amorim were available. But they're off the table now so it'll be Mason again.

Ah yes I guess there's a fine line between those who think the manager is a useless cunt and those who think Levy will ensure any manager is a useless cunt and I've blurred that with some folk. Apologies

I'm not saying you're on a Spurs fan but you do come across like a rival fan so you can't really have any complaints that people give it back to you.
I just find it ironic that some individual who was melting not too long ago, thought it’ll be hilarious to have a go at me that I want the manager out. 🤣

It is what it is. I will continue to support the club my way and if it makes me look like a rival fan or whatever, I honestly don’t give a fuck. I can only hope this manager puts his money where his mouth is about winning trophies and delivers, because if he doesn’t, then he’s dug his own grave for criticism.

Forster is a terrible keeper. Notice the second Galatasaray goal:

Through ball gets played. Notice that the Galatasaray player is all alone. Has no passing option.

That means that the keeper in this position should be looking to get forward and close down the angle.

Instead, he does the opposite and he actually even goes backwards opening up the angles.

In this situation a good goalkeeper would be where that yellow mark is.

And then when the striker is about to shoot the ball, he goes even further backwards opening up even more of his net.

Terrible, terrible goalkeeping.

I think he should've been positioned further out even for the first goal.
We would have lost by 4 or 5 had it not been for some of Frasers saves.....but thanks for popping in Will......👍
