I wouldn't usually share info like this but apparently this is now in the press domain so I can.
There are currently no offers from the club or no demands from the player as has been reported.
Bales agent is currently on holiday and returns on Wednesday.
After that the club have blocked out a week to get this sorted, one way or another. They want to act quickly to get it sorted and avoid death by a thousand cuts ala Berbatov and Modric.
He either goes and we know what we have to spend now or commits for another year.
Either way, we know in ten days max. No messing about.
This is from the highest branches of the information tree. No lower level shit here.
Good move by the club in my opinion.
So it's been 28 days. What do we know exactly? No messing about xox.

He has been presented with a contract; take it or leave it. 150K /week.
The fact he hasnt taken it tells me his heart isnt genuinely in it.
If Madrid offer anywhere near whats reported. I say sell.
Or maybe he never got it to start with. His agent said as much.
Reported in the press the next day. If you dont want me to bring you the news first I will happily keep it close to my chest.
Paupers like you dont deserve it anyway.

Never got what? Its been widely reported the contract is there and ready as per my original post
We cant force him to decide either way.
The fact that Levy has not said anything may not be as bad as some make out: AVB has a hit list of specific targets that he wants to sign and obviously still wants to keep Bale: Indicate that Bale may go and prices for others move up quickly (greedy bastards all around). Bale may have already indicated he wants to sign but has been told to hold off? Obvious difference between what is public and what is discussed privately with other potential signings who may not sign if Bale is not going to be at Spurs.
Think the time has run out for Levy pulling that stunt again, has to put up this time I reckon:Or we leave the sale of Bale to the last minute and Danny doesnt have to spend a penny....![]()
