Can City get sued for tapping up Kane?

Levy is not to be trusted. Pre / post. He is always ENIC first. Whatever happens next do not forget there is not one example of him retaining a significant player. And very few examples of succession planning. Where is Dembele’s replacement ? For example. The worst thing about the loss of Kane is that ENIC remain. And it’s rinse and repeat. Again.Pre-Covid, post-Covid. If DL can use covid as an excuse to not recruit like we've needed then it has to be considered in selling too.
Yes, but they won’t. It ends up with an apology and donation to some charity. Keane /Liverpool set the example.
Its almost like hiring a completely unexperienced and uneducated dolt to manage your business affairs simply because you both resided in the same uterus at one point is a fucking stupid idea.Don't see why Kane did what he did. I hope he gets his transfer. I however believe the person he should be most pissed off with is his Brother. He is the idiot that allowed h to sign his last contract.
A contract protects both parties. He was pretty much ensured his salary, even when he was injured. I didn't hear him complain then. Yes, he made a deal with Levy but it benefitted both parties. He played with a shitty team but that shitty team still helped him score the goals he did.
Levy isn't saying No to a transfer. I'm not a fan of him, but in this instance he is being fair. If Grealish is worth 100 mil, Kane is definitely worth 150 mil. If Kane wants to leave he should maybe change agents because I'm sure a monkey can market him better.
...and if we'd stumped up a coupla million more a few years back.... they COULDA been playing together, with SPURS!!!I really like grealish. A shame is going to city as well. Dirty oil cunts
He agreed to the contract. No one forced him to sign it. If he hadn't he'd be free now already. He wanted more money. He got more money.Just because something worked with Modric doesn't mean it will work here and it seems that in the Modric case part of the reason it worked was a promise he would go if he stayed for the year, that bridge has already been burned with Kane.
I am not saying that Kane staying will result in a disaster for us just that Kane staying because Levy refuses to sell him and not because he chooses to stay is not a good situation for us.
Ohhhh you sexy beast.BBC +'SKY today:

No.... they couldn't get sued for RAPING him!

I'm not on board with anyone refusing to honour their contract. Its the very height of cuntery.
He could save face by coming in tomorrow. Admitting he played his hand wrong and getting back to training.I don’t see how he can reverse course now. He’s going to have to stay away from training until a move happens or the window closes, far too embarrassing to come crawling into the training ground now.
If he thinks this behaviour is going to reduce the price he’s mad, if anything this will only increase it. Every day he refuses to show up should add another £5m to the price.
