Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

NOOOO nooooo no no no. I don't think that and I didn't say that. Atalanta fans can think what they want, but their player is still turning up to training, whether he leaves or stays. Kane hasn't turned up for training whether he leaves or stays. I'm happy we're linked with Romero and I'm upset by the way that Kane is behaving by not turning up to training and releasing the Neville thing just before Villa. It's just not the same thing at all. Not to mention the difference in what Romero emotionally means to Atalanta compared to Kane with Spurs
He just doesn’t get it mate

If a person makes a dumb post = he or she is dump 😎
Half a dozen is still a minority though. But I have a feeling that more than half a dozen disagree with me 😁
All I wanted was to introduce a bit of a balancedd view of what's going on. There are often more than just 1 side to a case

Dump????????

You mean Dumb?

Now that was dumb and does a lot for your credibility

No it doesn't actually. At some point it would go to the CAS and would be ruled on. Or he could just half-ass it and we'd be fucked. It's the reason people get sold when they want to and why Levy said what he said (postd earlier) about the player having all the power. It does us no good to have Harry walking around on the pitch avoid injury and stinking the joint up. It's foolish to suggest "we hold all the cards" like folks are making out round here. We should have sold on our terms seasons ago and rebuilt.
What are we doing other than selling on our terms? If Levy says £160m plus then city have a choice - meet the price, make an offer or walk away. Everyone knows Levy is willing to sell at the right price so the ball is in City’s court.

The problem is you compared apples to oranges then used that invalid comparison to call Spurs fans hypocrites. I’m assuming you’re not a troll and therefore that wasn’t your intention, but it understandably got people’s backs up during this emotionally charged time.
You may well have a valid point in there somewhere, but it didn’t come across in your first post and only got worse from there with your later posts.
He’s a troll

You’re too kind

Romano confirming we turned down 100 million for Harry about a month ago...

100 million is not enough for Harry. He can pout all he wants but if he's going to leave, it needs to be for fair value.

This happens every time a star player wants out, we hear about Gentleman's Agreements being broken and the player having to look bad in order to force through a move that usually doesn't take place until the final days of the window.

They get all the shit whilst Levy comes out of it smelling of roses.

It's pretty obvious that a deal has already been agreed and the player is made to look like the 'enemy' instead as per Levy's terms.

You know when you've been Levy'd, at least some fans do. Others are looking for a scapegoat and imo are looking in the wrong place!
Said this to a mate earlier!

How are we in the driving seat? Since when has it started to be a good thing for any club to keep an unhappy player around?

If Kane is forced to stay and he plays he'll get abuse the moment supporters insist he's not giving 100%. Even at the back end of last season you could clearly see his performance level drop.
So make an example and bench him for three years in PL and make him just a fringe player for minor competitions until his attitude improves if it doesn’t leave him there and then he can go when he’s 31

See if Pep wants him then

Imagine trying to strong arm Levy into a deal when you’ve got years left on your contract. His whole image is based on professionalism and he needs to perform in a World Cup year in any case.

Either City pay an obscene amount or he stays. Next year he’ll be in a position to negotiate.

100 million is not enough for Harry. He can pout all he wants but if he's going to leave, it needs to be for fair value.

It doesn't matter what City values him at, it's what Tottenham does, and all reports indicate it is £150m+. So they can write a nice fat check for that amount, or have some sort of cash and players deal, or they can fuck off.

Spurs are under no pressure to sell Kane, not with 3 years left on his deal.

must admit didnt think Kane would go down that route of “spoilt brat, overpaid“ footballer and thats disappointing probably because it’s out of character going by his previous behaviour but there you go but in his defence his advisers could be behind it but sadly if this is the way ahead and this is how it ends it’s gonna leave a sour taste and the press are going to milk it for all its worth, If Kane wants to go then let him keeping a player as proved many times before if he doesn’t want to be there/here then it’s no good for anyone! We & Kane move on life’s too short In a few seasons we/Tottenham will still be here and Kane can sit in his big mansion polishing his medals that Man City bought for him happy days for everyone.

It’s so weird though.

Get Haaland, continue to win everything and they could still flog him in a few years for big bucks.

Unless Pep has decided that Kane is ideal for his false nine formation and that a marauding centre forward like Haaland is too uncouth for his refined sensibilities.
Like I said, Pep is a diva. He's got unlimited money and can pretty much do whatever he wants as long as he says "You will win the Champions League if we buy Kane."

Sports washing clubs like City and PSG crave the Champions League above every other trophy. What's another few hundred million quid?
