He's had the season of his life there. He could have gone on to score 20 more goals, and the opposition would have just scored more.

People really forgot Modric was at Spurs too but that doesn't suit the agenda I guess.

Kane played well.

Can't really say he set-up thr goal per se but he provided the pass. The goal was pretty much a solo rffort

He had one glorious chance to make it 2-0 and on such moments big games are won or once again lost.

No shame in going out to Real Madrid.

Were that us however, the numpties on here would be blaming Levy and ENIC or bemoaning Spursiness. No diubt at all.

I was glad to see Bayern lose.

That’s it in a nutshell. He had a glorious chance to make it 2-0 and clinch Bayern’s place in the final and he fluffed it. Story of his career.

That’s what Bayern paid the big money for, for him to seize the big moments for them and get the crucial goals in the really big games. Hat-tricks against the likes of Bochum, Darmstadt and Mainz are grand but that’s not what he was signed for.
 
Just minutes away from Dortmund - Bayern Champions League final with third German team favourites to EL... that would be some justification for his move to 'farmers league'. But Tuchel decided to make it all about himself and fucked it up... not sure I could see the man after the game and not try to punch him in the face if I was Harry

It's just engagement farming for simple minds, Spurs being the butt of trophy jokes is football click bait, cash money for these accounts because it's certified engagement, sums up the state of media if anything.

Had Kane won we would be seeing things like the only way Kane can win a trophy is leaving Spurs or something dumb like that, people with an attention span of a 10 year old laps this shit up.

We haven’t won a trophy since 2008.

Last trophy Aston Villa won was 1996.
Last trophy Everton won was 1995.
Last top flight trophy Leeds won was 1992.
Last top flight trophy Newcastle won was 1969.

The game has now evolved in the EPL era to a stage where clubs don’t bother with the domestic Cups any more and these are just hoovered up as well by the handful of super franchises that win everything.
