Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I think he thinks he can still move in January; if he doesn't go to City in January then he doesn't go to City. They'll go for Haaland, cheaper, potentially better and with a longer shelf life.

Kane looks like he is playing within himself, he touch and control and usual sharpness are nowhere to be be seen. He must not be training properly and that along is reason to bench him.

He was out most creative player last year and as a prolific striker (with no back up) ludicrous to suggest but it's not working.

He lacks hunger and passion.
don't think he will move, his form is so bad that his value as dropped like a stone, Levy won't sell for less than city offered in the summer, and city won't offer as much as they did

City don’t need him anyway. They are destroying every opponent with the players they have now.

Kane has shown everybody that he isn’t as professional as we all thought, they will not buy him for Levy’s price.

He’s downed tools simple as & come January the media will hound us silly until he leaves, know what good riddance if this is his attitude then sod off to City hopefully we can get somebody in half decent and we can salvage our season but by January I afraid it could be too late.

He’ll go next summer and we’ll replace him with some flop. Then the people who say Kane is shit will moan about the next guy. It is so obvious.

They don't need him, but I've watched City squander chance after chance in most games this season. With a motivated Kane in their side they simply win some games far more comfortably. We'll now end up getting about 80 million for him if we're lucky.

worst striker in the league this season. Broja, Pukki, Dennis, Edouard, Hwang etc.. That is just some of the names that scored more than him so far. And he is not even trying hard. What a disgrace!

I'd have taken the money for him last summer definitely anything around 100M.

But i have zero confidence in our transfer and scouting team being able to identify and sign good replacements. That doesn't mean we should keep Kane but the jokers running this place are unlikely to find anyone better or even equal to him in his prime. That's a bigger issue than the player himself IMO.

Whatever you think of our recruitment/owners, expecting us to buy a striker as good as a prime Kane is simply unrealistic.

There's only a handfull of strikers in the world that are part of that conversation.... And why on earth would any of them come here right now?

........Unless you think somehow next summer when Haaland & Mbappe move they're gonna go to a Europe league team?

Of course i don't expect them to sign anyone as good as Kane (was). The point was more i have zero confidence in them signing anyone decent at all. I just don't trust the recruitment team whatsoever. So even with the Kane money pocketed we're not better off as long as the people in place currently are charged with spending it.

We have a real problem folks Levy has proper Levyed us. I think we are all shocked that the lad that fronted up Adebayor about not caring has become the man to do this.
I was told he really brought into Mourinho and that literally the last words of the Portuguese in the building were to Kane, "Leave leave at once and at any cost. You win nothing here I know I am a winner. You are too but not here". Now I can't say that's verbatim but dose anyone honestly think anything but a move resolves this?

I loved Kane but said in the summer it was over. The price drops by the day and its starting to look an actual strategy on team Kanes part. We need a shop ready Centerforward and the ideal thing would be to get one before Kanes end of season bargin move to Newcastle. Isak Vlahovic as primary and the lad at Blackburn as a punt.

A FAR more measure statement....

Kane (75m) <> Martinez (70m) seemed to be the Plan A in terms of replacement..... About as good as we could have hoped for given a) the 'shelf' that is open to us and b) the pricetags; without taking a punt on a less proven player (Vhalovic, Isak).....

What's your take on that?

I think they wanted Martinez and Vhalovic for the Kane money. And stalled so much that Inter sold Lukaku in the interim and then told us to fuck off.
