His scoring return against the big teams has tailed off significantly over last few years and now has the touch of a flat track bully about it. Against top 6 last season, he scored two from open play at Old Trafford and the Chavs at Wembley. Season before he scored in just two games against Top 6 as well, twice in 4-1 win over Bin Dippers and in the 1-0 win over Woolwich. Few years before that he was terrorising all the top teams.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of Harry, I’d be gutted if he left. I just feel he’s been flogged to death, never allowed heal properly with injuries and I’m becoming increasingly pessimistic he’ll get all the way back to where he was.

Kane will leave if we continue going backwards, his opinion has always been as long as we are heading in the right direction he will stay, the man has said this himself.

We aren't heading in the right direction currently are we, so it stands to reason that there is a possibility he will leave, anybody saying it isn't a possibility is not viewing things objectively at this point.

Harry is a shadow of the player he once was after all those ankle injuries. That’s the way it’s been since he did the ankle at Bournemouth just over 18 months ago now.

It has nothing to do with Poch staying or going. To keep world class players you need to convince them they can get a top salary here and have a realistic chance of silverware. If we can’t do that then he will go, nobody who scores 30+ goals a season will be happy to end their career with no medals.

If I were Levy I would be much more worried about Harry wanting out than Poch. Both as a business man and as a Tottenham fan.

That's all I will say on it.

Thinking he would leave and wanting him to are two entirely different matters. Watching how he has conducted himself following Poch's recent farcical contradictory statements regarding transfer windows and whether or not the club requires fresh blood gives a good insight. He has never commented on if he believes the quality already exists or whether he thinks new players are needed. This passive stance suggests to me that regardless of what happens concerning that or Poch's position as manager, Harry Kane will remain a Spurs player next season and I voted accordingly.
I am allowed to review the situation and based on current events I think he'll stay. Call it 'reassessing' or 'changing my mind' it doesn't really matter. That's how I feel at present.
PS
With regard to Poch Out, no matter what transpires over the next few weeks I shall not change my mind .
I usually agree with you as you know but I think Harry has ambition and he's not getting younger. It will take a good few years to rebuild, especially with Levy in the driving seat and he may feel he just hasn't got the time to spare. Your premise is his love for the club. I hope to God you are right and I am completely and utterly wrong....Bejasus!!!

Do I want him to leave? No.
Do I think he will leave? I have no fucking clue. I don't know him and I don't take any notice of the media so the reality is I really don't know what's going on behind the scenes and have no clue at all about how the players feel.

TBH I want him to win a trophy or two, he deserves it but with current regime I can't see it happening.

He may end up Spurs and England highest ever goalscorer without a trophy.

"If you love me you'll let me go"

Nanny McPhee / Harry Kane (I've quoted this before but I love it)....
"When you need me, but do not want me, then I must stay. When you want me, but no longer need me, then I have to go."
