Just finished watching Brentford demolish the Woolwich.

Which team, on this showing, are going to be near the bottom this season ?

How long has Arteta got ?

Why do they look at all the players that we are linked with ?

Genuinely can’t remember a manager of a supposedly top six team coach such dreadful attacking football. They just send in 30 aimless crosses a game from Tierney.

He makes Mourinho look like Bielsa.

They need a few players, but Conte could probably get a tune out of them with a couple of signings. Hopefully he wouldnt go there. Seems like they'd suit 3 at the back more too.

They need a new centre forward, another defender and probably a better keeper, but they could become a decent team again with a top manager. They pay high wages and they have spent big fees the past few years.

Let's hope they stick with Arteta.

I think if they are playing 3 at the back then Tierney would be in the back 3 and Saka plays more on the left so he could be a lwb under Conte.

But thankfully Conte will never go there and the owners would never match his ambition just like Levy.

I wouldn't say that he'd never go there. I don't think he will, but I think it's possible. They do have money, they have just used it badly. A proper manager and 3 good signings and it looks very different for them.

Their owners are a bit weird though, they seem happy to piss away big transfer fees and high wages on shite players like Pepe, Willian etc etc.
