In my opinion, the only mistake you made was assuming he was Korean just because he seems to be quite the fanboy. I agree with the non-racisty bits whole-heartedly; based on form this season you'd have to be a mug to favour Son over Lamela. I have a feeling that Son's schedule has had a detrimental effect on his form, just as Lamela's lack of football has had a positive effect on his.
It was meant to be light hearted/flippant to be honest, in response to what seemed to be the most absurd suggestion that Poch favoured Lamela purely on the basis that they come from the same country.

I know he's a streaky player and he could start banging them in for fun and I'll be regretting that I ever wrote this but boy is he frustrating sometimes.

Son was garbage last night. He tends to stand watching the ball hoping it will come to him rather than going and getting it. For me this is the biggest difference between him and Lamella, it's a desire to get the ball. No denying Sonny on the break has been fantastic but in a tight congested game it rarely clicks for him. This is the biggest thing CE added to his game over the last three seasons, he can tackle really well and break play up without conceding a foul, this skill often gets us on the counter, Sonny just seems to go through the motions without any real intent.

The amount of shite I see from (predominantly foreign, unfortunately) fans comparing player A to player B, and doing there stupid social media polls (like for player A, RT for player B, and that kind of dross).
