Son's playmaking for Kane's goal was exquisite as well. When he was on the ball, I'm not sure he had a look at where Kane was but somehow managed to time Kane's run perfectly. They're telepathic at the moment.

Na, we can't make trophies a pre-requisite for legends status. We're not a trophy club and our fans have chosen that over the years with their submissive acceptance.
I once went to watch my J-League team, Yokohama F Marinos (blue and white strip), play at home in Nissan Stadium, Yokohama. That was a great day. They were playing the Urawa Reds (the colour alone was a reason to hate them) and it was exciting, end-to-end stuff. Not Prem quality but certainly Championship level. Lots of passion and skill. One of those games where the term 'giving 110%' genuinely applied.
Sadly, the Marinos lost the game 0-1. The Reds <spit> scored and after that couldn't be broken down, no matter how hard the guys in blue ran. So after the match the Marinos, as a team, went to the home fans and bowed an apology. I'd never seen anything like it. And I thought 'if only we had something like that here'.
