I can't believe he was outdone by Skipp on the right wing in that half. Both one shot on target but Skipp actually saw a lot more of the ball.
Look around the stadium on a match day and you’ll see quite a few Koreans in the crowd spending money on tickets and food etc so not just shirts is it?

I'd much rather have Richarlison as the Kane replacement (not nearly the same quality, but the same position).

Excellent point. I still the pace and the power behind the kicks so I don't think he's declined that much in either of those ways. But he does seem to get knocked off the ball more. I think you're right about his state of mind and I believe that's the issue. I think Richarlson's arrival ended up throwing him off and although I don't think athletes pay much attention to internet boards I think the idea of so many people suddenly deciding Son was rubbish just because they had a shiny new object in Richarlson put pressure on him.
Anyone excusing him with a WC is a b. c. big time. Yhis ain't excuse for anyone. He ia being sh***** literally 1/3 of the whole season, as we are on 18 games already and he have been beyond s**** in like 17 games are, which is 1/3 of a season. We don't have a direct Son replacement and he needs to play till the end of a season, but he also need to be sold and brought a replacement for him. Maybe even in the winter. We would never challenge for anything with players literally being sh**** for 1/3 of the seaaon and will get worst and worst. Kane need to be sold too.

Two of his corners led to goals yesterday. I'm not saying he's been majestic this season but he's not quite redundant.

Im a fan of his, but im Tottenham fan first, he ia beyond sh*** this season. O don't even need to explan myself. And the first corner was from Perisic, not Son. And our 3rd goal corner from Son was a good deliver, but wasn't direct corner goal.
Not to mention how many corners he literally can't get the ball into the penalty area.
Tbh, Perisic could just as easily be taking those corners.

I like having a laugh on here no teaching business economics and secondly whatever I will say you two won't have it anyway.
Buying players purely(*) to stimulate a foreign fanbase is incredibly difficult to justify financially.
KMJ over the course of a 5 year deal would likely cost around 50-60m (inc wages).....
(*Remember, if we'd wanted the player he'd probably be here by already!)
For perspective:
- Spurs entire kit deal is 'only' worth 30m p/a (The %-point for additional sales is extremely small)
- Stadium sponsorship could bag us as 'little' as 20-30m p/a.
......Of course one can say "aaaah, but what about brand value", but without being willing to quantify that argument to some degree; it's a hollow counter-argument (and if it was that straight forward why would we not bag 1 x American, 1 x China-man and aggressively scout India every summer).

I didn't say buying a player only for marketing. Clearly the guy also has to be worth money on the ball, the initial investment is there to get the club in a better position and as it turns out for Levy, and I don't think he expected Son to provide a new fanbase culture which also took a few years to ramp up didn't it. He would be an idiot to sell him after the success of last season and pre season based on his output so far this season
