Manager Igor Tudor

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

When the camera keep panning to Tudor and Simeone, you can feel this was a match up between two tough teams led by two tough men. And I think today we have a very good and credible account of ourselves as being sort of like a big boy, massive club you know. I couldn't imagine Frank has that aura to lift the club, he's been here and it's just not there, the vibe. When we were playing against teams like PSG, Monaco, we just feel small, undeservingly in this comp. Today we stood very tall.

And I really like the way he was constantly helping the team with bad on-field decisions by being so animated and questioning the 4th official. The lads will definitely feel aided and pushed on by a leader.

Think the last two games really engulfed them altogether and it seems there is truly a unity here. I hope it's real and can tide us through the relegation fight now..

Before everyone gets carried away, it’s been pretty clear since Ange that this squad doesn’t really listen to the manager. Feels like a last push for Europe and maybe putting themselves in the shop window has played a part.

FYI: I’m not Tudor out, but I do think with this squad in mind, it doesn’t really matter much who’s in charge.

They've had all season to do that so I'm not really sure why they'd suddenly turn up now?

Obvious Tudor has gotten them more fitter, we are running further than we were under Frank and the players are starting to fight.

I think he has worked out who are his players. Who for whatever reason he can trust and who not so much. Danso Dragusin Sarr Grey Richarlison he is beginning to see beyond form and into the heart of the individual.
I think most, if not all, of the lads should have bought into him. The bursting of lungs to sprint back to prevent those open scoring opportunities feel like that to me. Even Spence last man to make up for the distance and tackle that ball off Sorloth was just incredible. He wouldn't give a fuck if he doesn't care IMO.

Also Tel and Gray had really good games, Tel wasn't having Frank at all. And Frank never trusted Gray in midfield.

Frank is a fraud. Not only that he couldn't get the best out of the players, especially the younger ones, but his actual team selections were fucking awful.

A substitute teacher who the players had 0 respect for.

Beat Forest and I'll start to warm to him......

2 game unbeaten run 💪

Still too early to say whether it's him or the Palace followed by Atletico drubbings woke the players up.

BUT!!

You can't deny that there were some lovely passages of play from us tonight and some real one touch passing - and that has to be coming from the manager. We looked a lot quicker tonight and up for a scrap.

The Richarlison equaliser on Sunday, may have been the most important goal of the season for us as Tudor may not have still been here but for that goal.

i quite like him, seems like a no bullshit bloke, just what we need. hes been dealt an awful hand with what hes had available too. anyone that played for juventus in the early 00s will have an understanding of the game.

You guys are fucking tragic. Every single game it was 'get this shit cunt out'. He has one good game and now it's deepthroat time lol.

fuck me, footy fans are so fickle.
I mean this with the utmost respect but...

...go fuck yourself.

We've watched awful football all season and tonight we saw major improvements. In fairness, there's been small improvements throughout his time here.

This season isn't on him. He's walked into a shit show and is working hard to get us out of it.

ANother change was never on the cards. Was a stupid narrative probably started by people who hate us.

Let's hope the players can see that the guy knows what he's doing now.

What's tragic about being encouraged after the liverpool result and this result, after the prior few games??

If someone gives you cause to have hope - have hope.

He's earned the fans having a bit of a buzz about him.

Merit.

Everyone was waiting for a sign a corner was being turned.

Now they have a very strong one which augers well for this run in now.

Players back and more to come after the international break.

Things seem to be coming together - finally!

If we're not going to be positive when positive things happens how do you expect to survive this predicament?
