I'd have Firmino over him. He's had an excellent season.
Though I don't think you can leave Sane out and even though Sterlings stats are incredible, Sane was voted YPOTY and probably deserves his place

What a leader he has been this season, he really has grown mentally, genuinely can't think of a game this season where he has been below par.
