People seem to forget that Dembele and Stambouli aren't actually that bad; I wouldn't say Mason is that far ahead of them.
Id say Dembele is starting to look like first choice

People might hate me for saying this but... I really don't want Bony. Buying him would be the worst thing for Kane's development, as both should be played in the centre. A great player, for sure, but he doesn't reek of versatility to me.
They'll need to double that before Levy will even talk to themReports coming in the that Madrid are in for Kane for 120 million euros!!![]()
We're projecting the image of a happy club with a healthy dressing room too. Doesn't look to me like Woolwich or Liverpool are a bunch of happy campers.A few good performances recently and I am sure Poch and us Spurs must now be looking like an attractive option for some players this window, a club on the up. Hope Poch gets to buy and sell who he wants, we look quite close to a well rounded team.

Tricky window for Spurs now.
They have a young striker in the form of his life who should be given 90 minutes every week, yet we're short of strikers and it's naive to think Kane can survive the rest of the season without needing a break or suffering a minor injury. Do we then rely on Soldado or do the club sign someone in this window, who's happy to play second/third fiddle?
I think the club should look for a prospect of a striker, someone who isn't signed to play straight away but if necessary can fill in when injuries strike. I don't see the point of suggesting names, but I think they might be thinking the same thing, hence our apparent interest in this young Argentinian striker we've been linked with.
Keep Soldado good mentor for Harry and ditch Ade, get another striker.Tricky window for Spurs now.

He's one of these players who I was aware of, but didn't pay a huge amount of attention to. For the past couple of weeks, I've been keeping my eye on him in any highlights, and I'm always impressed.I would have a go for Danny Ingis, the guy has bags of potential, he is a proper target man and we could pick up for cheap as his contract is up soon, apparently we are already on the hunt, he would also be more willing I feel to not have to play every game like a seasoned forward.

If Kane is dropped to a deeper, 'number 10' role, does that mean Eriksen is played on the left? I feel the team is playing really well in its current formation, the width provided by Townsend and Walker has made a big difference giving our central playmakers the space to pull the strings.
I don't know if Ings himself is the answer, but IMHO it is that type of player we need to supplement and compete with Kane.
Berahino would be great, but not at that price.

We absolutely need another striker.
If Kane got a season ending injury on 1st feb we would be fucked.
Not a chance we can rely on Soldado or Adebayor.
I would sell both, and bring one in. I like the thought of Berahino due to his u21 links with Kane, however he has gone off the boil a little and his stats over his last 2 seasons are less than impressive. Could just be a hot patch for him atm.
