I have no doubt we wanted Diaz but the Bindippers with CL football got him, however I wouldn't be at all surprised if Kulu wasn't higher on Conte's wish list than Traore and maybe even Diaz.

Kulu could be the attacking box-to-box player that Conte loves, unproven but with potential ....

Kulusevski seems a pretty versatile player so Conte will have needed to figure out the position or positions that he wants to try him out in - whether that's a Moussa Dembele type role or an Eden Hazard type role.
 
Whilst it’s refreshing to see what looks like 2 signings, this isn’t enough for me. We still desperately need a RWB to fit Conte’s system and we still need a Kane back up. This Kulu isn’t a striker.

Zakaria has had questionable form this year. Maybe he can pick it up, but like Eriksen with us, he may have wanted out for a while, run his contract down and forced the price down as a result. Quality wise, I don’t think he’s an upgrade for them. The German league makes average players look good and good players look great. Sancho, Lookman, Riess Oxford, and our own Sess!

I'd love to know what really happened there.

You'd think a kid from non-league, even if he's a mad Woolwich fan boy, would jump at the chance to sign for Spurs...even for like 2 g's a week to begin with.

So yeah that's real intriguing!
 
Wow so we've ended up panic buying two players juve don't want one of which goes to ground way to often suggesting fouls galore in the EPL and another who played one in 4 games when not injured. Ffs I have so little faith in in spurs just now I doubt we will even get them. How low can we go.

I can only imagine mostly not wanting to play for the U23s with a tiny bit to do with the OTT abuse. Maybe. I can't imagine it being cash related.
