I'm pretty sure someone said a few pages back that Everton already have max allowed loans (El Ghazi and Donny vdB) so it must be perm or nothing for Dele.
If we do get £35m for Dele that is an amazing fee, thank god Everton are even stupider than us.
At Sky Sports at the moment:
Spurs get rid of Ndombele, GLC, Dele and get Kulusevski with Bentancur - DOUBLE Miss.
Woolwich don't sign ANYBODY, but get rid of alot of players (which they didn't list on the screen) - Hit.

Sissoko wouldn't have gone off and not been seen for months.
Dele was a great player for the club for 3/4 years. He doesn’t deserve any hate from the fans. Gave far more great memories than bad ones. Oh and he only costed 5 mil
Our squad is pretty thin. We need quality, and we need numbers.
If we have 4 outgoings in Ndombele, Dele, Lo Celso and Gil, and replace them with 2 players, Kulusevski and Bentancur, that is mindblowing stuff.
Great that we get rid of some players that haven’t worked out and is not part of Conte’s plans, and great that we get some players that he must have requested.
But the outgoings are all 1st team players and - except Gil - have played in a lot of matches because our squad is so thin.
To go minus 2 on 1st team players in this situation would be scandalous.

Purely looking at FM22 as a database, we probably saved ourselves 2m per month in salary with our current outgoings. That’s a lot of money towards better players this summer if the game DB is even 70% accurate
In fairness I think it might be based on the fact we haven't signed anyone yet. But rating Woolwich's window being rated as a "hit" was odd to say the least.
