It’s actually pretty mental how much Paratici has managed to weaken the squad in the two windows he’s had with us.

It’s looks as if we’re going to let 4 attack minded midfielders go now and we’ve replaced them with two Juventus rejects, a midfield clogger and a winger who is hugely unproven.

There’s absolutely no debating it’s been an absolutely shocking couple of windows during which we have become weaker in so many ways.

Clearly there is an argument for why would you want to sell one of those, but none of the players you mention have 1 penny resale value to a buyer

Damn right....terrible summer window followed by a joke of a January window.
2 players apparently in, one with potential..so far 4 out of the first team squad...Dele, ndombele, Gill and lo celso, so our small ineffective squad has lost 4 and brought in 2 that have never played in England.......disgrace in my opinion.
Now Dele is probably in need of a move away, lo celso is shit and ndombele clearly is just not interested. Gill I don't see the point in loaning out , he needs to get used to playing in England and we should have let these wasters leave a lot earlier so they could be replaced....how much money has our board just wasted, especially when they never invest enough anyway.......fuck off enic and levy

The squad had already collapsed when he got here. This is just the inevitable revealing of that reality.

Now the question is if the newcomers can come good.

I am inclined to agree to an extent but they are not big money signings to provide some balance.

I will also add my honest belief that the only way this has happened is because Conte has assessed the squad and said my players in the summer or I will walk, and that you must get rid of those I do not want, and do that now as they stain what he is trying to do.

Can't see it any other way but I do think we are a striker and defender light.
