Todibo, Gallagher, and Jota (or equivalent quality) is the bare minimum we need to maintain and improve, highly doubt we’ll get anywhere close to that in though.

We have done in recent Januarys to be fair, maybe I’m being harsh. I think we’ll have to actually for Tobido and Gallagher though rather than loans with obligations.

Those two would solve so many of our problems and are in their perfect age range. Really hoping they come off.

We’ll have to go full in for those two and pay over the odds. Getting the feeling we don’t have an issue with that these days, if they are the correct players.

Jota seems like a piece of piss to do. Only issue is how long it’ll take him to get up to fitness. We just going to have another Danjuma sitting on the bench for six months?

Insane take, could not disagree with that anymore. I think Gallagher is a top midfielder and more important is a perfect fit for how Ange wants to play, he’s probably the best pressing midfielder in the league.

I think under Ange he’d be one of the best midfielders in the league. Sarr will pass him as he matures, but Gallagher is a better version of Sarr currently with more goals and assists in his game at present. He’s definitely been Chelsea’s best player this season.

Bissouma, Bentancur, Sarr, Gallagher, Maddison, and GLC has everything you want in a midfield and is a group you could compete in 4 competitions with.

If we get Gallagher, I guarantee within in a month it’s the same response as happened with Maddison, “I didn’t realize how good he was”, “I definitely underrated him”, “I had no idea he could do that”, etc etc

Not sure we will pay the money Chelsea would want for him, but I agree, would do a great job in our midfield.
 
Could really use some reinforcements.

Our teams of late have the look of a PE lesson. With the teacher mixing the good players in with all the shit ones to make it fair.

Under no circumstances should Romero be on the same pitch as Emerson.
