I find his name interesting, it comes from the biblical name of Japhet the son of Noah though according to the tradition the decendents of Japhet were the white Europeans.

Saw alot of him over stevenage the last couple of years in our u/21..23s etc..better c/h than full back imho.. no surprise though as hes played at the highest youth levels for england too.. sounds a very grounded lad . Under poch it seemed eyoma was above him in the pecking order and if not for apre season injury to eyoma he wouldnt have gone on tour with the first team

RB / RCB sorted.

Played about half his youth games as CB on the left side, despite being mainly right footed.

Didn't play a lot as a FB in Spurs youth, almost always as CB, but think I've seen him play both RB and LB..... Was surprised to see him play RB for the first team due to his limited experience as RB in Spurs youth, so haven't ruled out seeing him play LB at some stage to see if he can do it in PL.

Versatile lad even if its just playing both CB positions and RB, and invaluable in a squad
