My view is that ENIC could still be a problem.
However;
The reaction to 1 window without Levy has been incredible.
Imagine if we had got this outpouring of grief when Poch was asking for new furniture or when Harry was asking for Tevez?
Levy will have cronies all over the place at Spurs; probably attempting to fuck everything up and stir the shit pot.
Levy had 40+ transfer windows so I am sticking with my original views on ENIC after Levy which was they will need 2-3 windows to clear out Levy's footprint and make a difference.

Having said that the only player, that went somewhere else, who I would have wanted at Spurs, was Semenyo.
Realistically; at this time, we can't offer Semenyo the same things as City.
